This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding legal contract between you (“Licensee” or “User”) and Zoma Solutions LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, with its principal place of business at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA (“Licensor”).
By purchasing, downloading, installing, accessing, or otherwise using Zoma UI (the “Product”), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Product.
Subject to your full compliance with this Agreement, Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Product solely for the purpose of creating End Products within the Figma platform, in accordance with the license tier purchased.
Licenses are tiered according to the number of Users permitted access:
Licensee is responsible for ensuring that the number of Users accessing the Product does not exceed the licensed tier.

Zoma UI and all associated files, components, and assets remain the sole property of Zoma Solutions LLC. No ownership is transferred to the Licensee through the purchase or use of the Product. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Licensor provides maintenance (e.g., bug fixes, compatibility updates) on a best-effort basis. Users must report issues to support@zomaui.com within 30 days of discovery. Remedies may include a fix, update, or substitute file, at Licensor’s discretion.
This license remains in effect until terminated. Licensor may terminate this Agreement if Licensee breaches any term. Upon termination:
The Product is provided “AS IS”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Licensor makes no warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the Product is error-free or will operate without interruption.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Licensor’s total liability to Licensee under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by Licensee for the applicable license. Under no circumstances shall Licensor be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Licensor shall not be liable for the performance, legality, usability, or effectiveness of any End Products created using the Product. Licensee bears sole responsibility for any such outputs.
Zoma UI is designed for use within the Figma platform. Licensor is not affiliated with Figma Inc. and makes no representations regarding platform stability, changes, or continued availability.

As Zoma UI is a digital product delivered instantly, it cannot be "returned" like a physical item. We provide detailed previews and encourage you to evaluate them carefully to ensure Zoma UI is right for your needs before purchasing.
While we generally cannot offer refunds once the product is accessed, we are committed to ensuring the product works as described. If you encounter a significant technical defect within 30 days of purchase that prevents you from using the product, please contact support@zomaui.com with details, and we will investigate promptly. Verified defects may be eligible for a refund at our sole discretion.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the Product and supersedes all prior understandings, proposals, or representations, whether written or oral.
By purchasing or using Zoma UI, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement.
